Am I leaving my brokerage? NOPE!

But what am I doing? I partnered with a company. And oh my gosh you guys, this company is changing the GAME in real estate.

We have been in talks for over a year & I am SO excited to announce that The Rachel Adams Lee Group has partnered with 𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐂𝐄!

To be honest, I was feeling kind of lonely. Being in this industry for over 11 years, I have had all the ups and downs. Add in having 3 kids in 4 years, launching a coaching company, constantly bringing on new agents and getting them into production, all while keeping my marriage top priority. It’s a lot. I have been doing it all. And I had to get really honest with myself & admit I needed help. I needed support. The stress was taking a toll.

Their CRM is literally the best I’ve EVER used… plus Goldman Sachs is a partner and gave them a 1 billion dollar valuation.

Oh & planning for my families future? They have 401k, unbelievable stock options (like retirement good) & revenue share. It’s like all the things of the best brokerages put in one 𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐂𝐄.

The cool thing is that it’s not just one brokerage. It’s all brokerages. So that means more referrals & the ultimate collaboration. There is ZERO competition. We all work together to share best practices.

I have been with KW since 2012 & I’m not leaving. Let me repeat, you do NOT have to change brokerages.

They ONLY partner with the best in the industry so the conversations are NEXT LEVEL. There are so many brilliant people in this organization & we are the ultimate cheerleaders for each other.

For all of these reasons and more, the decision to partner with them became a no-brainer for me!

I feel like everyone is confused, so let me explain. It’s a company that partners with the top agents in the industry to provide a ton of support and leverage so we can reach our goals faster. You do not have to leave your brokerage. They partner with you wherever you are. All the things I don’t like to do or needed help with… they do it! (What you might have heard about Place may not be fully accurate).

There is a reason you are seeing your friends join. I had to know where all mine were going!

I don’t make decisions lightly in my business. Think about how often we are all recruited. I haven’t made a move in almost 12 years! It had to be THAT GOOD. And let me tell you, IT IS.
